At the core of any way of being is energy. Just as at the core of any action is a way of being. It is the intentional use of energy that creates a way of being. To use energy intentionally, one must focus on complete, total effortlessness.
Total effortlessness is only in two states: Engaging in what one loves, or loving what one engages in. Love is at the core of total effortlessness. A love that is so accepting that it is indifferent in the best way possible. Loving Indifference.

To not fill this space with your own personal conditioned thinking, to protect this sacred space on behalf of my clients, is at the heart of the work I do.
In this space, as the unknown emerges with its intelligence which is beyond a simple analysis of known variables, leaders receive effortless clarity, and with it an energy that inspires them into confident decision making, and action that leads people into commitment towards a vision.
This does not come easy for many who have been rewarded all their life for their personal thinking. Yet, if we notice, this personal thinking falls short in spectacular and obvious ways throughout our life. Whenever we are at the edge of a life-changing moment, it is not our personal thinking that helps us move forward. It is our sensing into a possibility that is not yet fully accessible to us and deciding to follow the energy of that possibility.
