I’m writing this tribute to tell you about Rishi's ability to catalyze and activate the leadership mind. He has a mapping ability, and he's aware of every room in your mind. Rishi opens a way. He finds your potential. He does this by treading so incredibly lightly that you hardly hear he's there. He asks his questions. He listens to your answers. He listens to the way in which you reflect on yourself.
Rishi has a way of being, a way of holding space, of sharing space, of creating thinking that is truly awesome.
