I'm not your usual coach.

Rishi did not show me how to Become a Leader; He helped me see that I could BE one now!

L&D Leader | IT Service Management Industry

As a professional coach, I'm trained to help you set goals, tweak your beliefs and attitudes, and hold you accountable, so you can perform better. While these are useful approaches to coaching, it's only scratching the surface of what's truly possible.

I'm in the game of changing the world of the people I'm having a conversation with. I help people get in touch with who they really are at their deepest level, and what they really want. Then, my focus is on helping them move out of a default future and lead a created life. I do this by helping you gain mastery over your state of mind / state of being, so that extraordinary results become effortless and natural expressions.

I bring calm and insight, and I drive authentic and inspired leadership. Leadership is not a demographic. It is a psychographic – we are all leaders of our own lives, even when we don’t realize it. I believe that every leader deserves to be true to their core self and lead effortlessly, while inspiring the people around them to be their best selves!

I believe in a human approach to business and leadership. Everything else comes as a consequence of this fundamental principle. When we step-up to own our leadership, our experience of life changes and work becomes play. Exponential results become natural and inevitable.

As a lifelong student of human behaviour and potential, I have extensively researched the question: What do high achievers do, that differentiates them from the masses? And the answer is: Tiny shifts in awareness sustained over an extended period of time.

These tiny changes are like one-degree deviations of an airplane while taking-off that determine and create a huge difference in the final destination.

My journey has taken me through multiple roles from leading a 1500+ member IEEE professional chapter, to creating and running an award-winning start-up firm focused on branding and marketing communications, to consulting for Deloitte, to being the youngest ever professional coach to receive the PCC Credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Along the way, I have had many incredible teachers, extraordinary mentors and some of the world’s most sought-after coaches. I still actively seek them out and I’m privileged to now call them my colleagues. I have an obsession with the craft of coaching and the science of human potential.

Being a high-performer, I seek and find better strategies, study them, refine them and sometimes write about them. I dedicate myself to life-long learning and continue to enhance my craft. I study, and research more than my clients and invest a huge amount of my time, energy and money into my continuous professional and personal development.

But I wasn’t always this way. I spent years feeling incapable and not yet ready to make a significant difference to people around me – even though everyone else told me otherwise. I would master my craft, and yet I would hold back from expressing my full potential. One of my mentors and coaches put it as the Batman-Robin syndrome – I would pretend to be Robin looking for a Batman, rather than stepping up into my own full potential.

Over time, I realized that stepping up into our full potential is not a one-time event. It is a continuous commitment. That commitment became my gift as I started working with men and women who created an impact. I realized that I am exceptionally gifted at seeing the hidden potential within people – even when they can’t see it for themselves. I am an expert at helping people transform that potential into their reality in the form of results.

My clients are high performers and leaders. They are extraordinary people, and we work together on taking them to high levels of self-awareness, confidence, clarity and success by helping them realize their true identity, innate well-being and their potential for effortless performance. This directly translates into an exponential boost in their learning, gains in performance, enhanced relationships and increased leadership effectiveness – all this beyond the goals they set for themselves. They often go through immense personal growth and come alive with happiness as a result of our time together.

I support leaders in their uniquely individual journey, helping them own their leadership and lead more effectively. I champion my clients’ highest potential, and coach around insight and results.

If this resonates with the leader in you, I would love to connect and explore how I might serve you and your organization powerfully in your unique journey.
