I’m writing this tribute to tell you about Rishi's ability to catalyze and activate the leadership mind. He has a mapping ability, and he's aware of every room in your mind. Rishi opens a way. He finds your potential. He does this by treading so incredibly lightly that you hardly hear he's there. He asks his questions. He listens to your answers. He listens to the way in which you reflect on yourself.
Rishi has a way of being, a way of holding space, of sharing space, of creating thinking that is truly awesome. The way in which he does this literally tells you to look beyond what seems like a wall, a block, or a limit to find that it is not an end. Being with him, you find that all these seeming limits can be walked around, walked through, taken away, surmounted.
What Rishi offers here is a way of Being in the world that totally accepts your being, totally accepts who you are, to find the hidden inside. This is the You that you can become. This is an imminent sense of self. With this, he unlocks what is immediately to come. Science calls this a catalyst. It's a quickening that, when you feel it, feels like it's coming entirely from yourself. I have experienced this and can't explain it adequately in words. A single moment of awareness - that enables change to happen instantly. You'll know what I mean when you meet Rishi and when you hear that resonant silence, that resonant space that he's able to hold and share with you. It is extraordinary.
